甜菜碱对高脂膳食诱导大鼠脂代谢紊乱的干预研究

Study on Intervetion of Betaine on Lipid Metabolic Disturbance of Rat Induced by High-fat Diet

摘要: 目的:研究甜菜碱对高脂膳食诱导的脂代谢紊乱大鼠的血脂、肝脂和抗氧化能力的影响及其作用机制。方法:32只SD大鼠按血TC水平随机分成4组:高脂对照组和低、中、高3个剂量甜菜碱组。甜菜碱组在喂以高脂饲料的同时,分别给予不同剂量的甜菜碱灌胃,每天一次,持续4周。最终测定血脂、肝脂和抗氧化相关指标。结果:与高脂对照组相比,甜菜碱能使脂代谢紊乱大鼠的血清TG、LDL-C、肝脏TG、TC和肝脏指数显著下降,并升高血清SOD活性,降低肝脏MDA含量。结论:甜菜碱具有调节血脂、减轻肝脏脂质沉积和肝肿大、提高抗氧化能力的生物活性,可以预防脂代谢紊乱。

Abstract: Objective:To study the effect of betaine on serum lipid, hepatic lipid and antioxidation in rat of lipid metabolic disturbance induced by high-fat diet and its possible mechanism. Method: 32 SD rats were divided randomly into 4 groups based on serum TC level: high-fat diet group and 3 different doses of betaine groups. Betaine group rats were given by gavage once a day for 4 w with high-fat diet simultaneously.Serum lipid, hepatic lipid and antioxidative related indexes were determined. Results: Compared with high-fat diet group, serum TG, LDL-C, hepatic TG, TC and liver index decrease significantly. Serum SOD activity increases, while hepatic MDA content reduces. Conclusion: Betaine can regulate blood lipid level, improve hepatic lipid accumulation and hepatomegaly, and elevate antioxidative capacity. Thus it is able to prevent lipid metabolic disturbance.
