富硒沼泽红假单胞菌对D-半乳糖小鼠肝细胞修复作用的研究

摘要: 以不同浓度的沼泽红假单胞菌和不同剂量的富硒沼泽红假单胞菌灌喂D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠。结果表明,富硒沼泽红假单胞菌对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠肝细胞明显受损伤的细胞核、线粒体、内质网具有修复保护作用,并可以提高致衰老小鼠肝细胞细胞器的活力和肝细胞的抗氧化能力。

Abstract: The aging mice that made by D-galactose were feed by different concentrations of Rhodopseudomonas palustris and Se-enrich R. palustris. The results showed that Se-enriched R. paalustris had strong capacity to reduce hepatic cells injury. Karyon, mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum of cells organelle could be renovated and protected. The capacity of hepatic cells organella and anti- oxidation capacity of the aging mice also could be improved.
