复合酶解法提取裙带菜硫酸多糖的研究

摘要:  探讨了用复合酶解结合热水浸提法提取裙带菜硫酸多糖的最佳工艺条件。与单纯热水浸提相比,本法可提高硫酸多糖提取率,多糖得率达7.76%。

Abstract: The processing condition is discussed for extraction of water-soluble sulphated polysaccharide from Undaria pinnatifida Suringer with hot water and enzymatic treatment.The extraction rate with this measure is higher than that only with hot water treatment.The yield of polysaccharide can be up to 7.76%.
