摘要: 研究利用高效液相色谱分离顺,反-白藜芦醇甙和顺。反-白藜芦醇。结果显示,以 ACN和H2O为流动相,采用梯度洗脱。在25min内有效分离顺,反-白藜芦醇甙和顺,反-白藜芦醇。

Abstract: Separation of cis,trans-piceid and cis,trans-resveratrol by High-performance Liquid Chromatography was studied.When mobile is ACN and water were used with gradient, cis,trans-piceid and cis,trans-resveratrol could be separated by HPLCeffectively in 25min.
