微波提取芦丁的协同效应研究

摘要: 以石灰水为介质,进行了微波协同提取芦丁的研究,得到微波协同提取芦丁的较佳工艺条件:直径为0.28~0.45mm的槐米粉末用液料比(V/W)8:1,时间10min,微波解冻档提取2次,合并滤液,用稀盐酸调pH值2~3,加入表面活性剂OP,静置30min,抽滤,滤渣干燥,即得粗芦丁,产率为17.1%,含量94.1%。与传统水提法比较,微波提取具有提取时间短、节能、提取率高等优点。

Abstract: Using limewater as solvent, rutin was extracted with the operation of microwave. The optimum technology conditionswere obtained as follows: crushing the flower bud scholartree to (0.28mm<d<0.45mm), extracted 2 times by microwave, water-material ratio 1:16, time 10min and power defrost. Then filtered and regulating the filtrate’s pH2~3 with hydrochloric acid, addingsurfactant OP and laid about 30min to deposit completely , filtered and washed with water, dried the residue, was the rutinproduct obtained. The yield was 17.1% and content was about 94.1%. The results demonstrated that less time,less energy andhigher extracting rate by microwave treatment were obtained in comparison with traditional boiling water extraction.
