凤仙花提取物的抗氧化活性研究

摘要: 利用不同溶剂和不同方法对凤仙花红色花瓣进行活性成分提取,采用试剂盒法对其进行抗氧化活性测定,结果显示凤仙花不同提取物均具有抗氧化活性,以凤仙花水提取物的抗氧化活性最强,100g凤仙花水提物的抗氧化能力相当于2.3gVC、0.76g槲皮素和0.02g芦丁的抗氧化能力。

Abstract: Active components were extracted by different solvents and different means from the flowers of Impatiens balsamina L., and their antioxidative capacities were determined by solvent box method. Tests revealed that the different extracts all have antioxidant activity, and the water extract shows the strongest. The antioxidant capacity of the extraction which obtained from the flowers of Impatiens balsamina L.(100g per) is equivalent to the antioxidant capacity of VC 2.3g, quercetion0.76g, rutin 0.02g,r espectively.
