摘要: 本实验重点研究了笃斯越桔叶片黄酮类化合物分离组分I与特殊试剂颜色反应,紫外光谱特征判断其基本结构为黄酮醇黄酮,为进一步拓宽笃斯越桔在食品领域和药品领域奠定研究基础。

关键词: 笃斯越桔, 黄酮类化合物, 结构鉴定

Abstract: Through a detailed analysis of color reaction and UV optical spectrum test of flavonoids,the flavonoids from Vaccinium uliginosum L.were primarily identified as flavonols,which had laid a foundation for the deep study of Vaccinium uliginosum L.in the field of food and medicine.
