无梗五加果实多糖微波辅助提取技术的研究

摘要: 以无梗五加果实为原料,采用微波技术辅助提取多糖。通过单因素试验和正交试验,确定无梗五加果实多糖微波提取技术的最佳工艺条件为料液比1:30,微波功率为中高火,时间为150s。按此工艺条件提取多糖,提取率为2.72%。

Abstract: The microwave-assisted extraction technology of polysaccharides from fruits of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus Seem. was optimized by using single factor and orthogonal tests. The optimal extraction conditions are determined as follows: liquid-solid ratio 1:30 (g/ml),microwave power middle-high,and time 150s. Under the above conditions,the extraction rate of polysaccharides is 2.72%.
