摘要: 概述了多不饱和脂肪酸的种类、来源、营养和生理功能的相关研究,包括n-6系列多不饱和脂肪酸、n-3系列多不饱和脂肪酸。阐述了膳食合理比例的n-6/n-3多不饱和脂肪酸是保持身体健康的关键。

Abstract: The kinds of polyunsaturated fatty acid including n-6 and n-3 fatty acids, nature resources, nutrition and biologicalfunctions are summarized. The balance intake n-6 and n-3 PUFA is important for keep health but not absolute amounts of PUFA.
