酶解辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯的性质及应用

摘要: 利用蜡质玉米淀粉为原料,辛烯基琥珀酸酐为亲核试剂,制备了辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯,并利用α-淀粉酶对制得的淀粉酯进行了降解处理。全面研究了辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯的性质,探讨了淀粉酯的应用性能。实验结果表明:本研究制备的辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯,应用性能良好。

Abstract: The octenyl succinic acid modified starch (OSA) was prepared from waxy maize starch with octenyl succinic anhydride, and then treated with alpha-amylase. This paper mainly discussed the reasons for the changes of the physico-chemical properties of the treated starch, and the effects on starch molecular after treatment. The paper also disscussed the application properties of OSA. The research work in this paper has important and instructive meaning to industrial application of OSA.
