从柠檬酸发酵废液中提取单细胞蛋自的研究

摘要: 研究了从柠檬酸发酵液中提取单细胞蛋白的方法。得到了适宜提取条件,当壳聚糖浓度为90mg/Kg废液、废液温度45℃、pH4.5、搅拌20min时,单细胞蛋白提取率可达到97.8%,废液COD值减少31.7%。

Abstract: The method of extracting single cell protein from spent liquor of citric fermentation was studide.The optimum conditions were obtained.Chitosan concentrate 90mg/kg pH4.5,temperature 45℃,stirring for 20min.As a result the yield of single cell protein was up to 97.8%.The COD of the spent lipuor was decreased by 31 .7%.
