Advance in Application of Atomic Force Microscope on Polysaccharides Researches

Abstract: Most of researches on polysaccharides and derivant by using atomic force microscope home and abroad were reviewed. The basic principle of atomic force microscope and the problems in application were also reviewed briefly.
