Determination of Quercetin in the Different Part of the Sorbus tianschanica L. by HPLC

Abstract:  HPLC was used to determine the content of quercetin in the different part of the Sorbus tianschanica L. A Komasil- C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm )was used mobile phase,flow rate being 0.7ml/min,detecting wavelength being 368nm,and the method is quick and simple with good repetition can be used for quality control.
