Abstract: It is found that type 2 diabetes millitus is closely related to PPAR which is now employed as main target anti-diabetes to treatment of type 2 diabetes millitus. Momordica charantia L. is a traditional Chinese medical herb. Recent research showed that there were some hypoglycemic active components in Momordica charantin L. Screening PPARα,β/δ,γ antagonits from Momordica Charantia extracts by HTS was studied in this paper. Results showed that MCP(Momordica charantia polysaccharides) was an antagonist of PPARγand PPARβ/δand the activiation times are 1.689 and 1.995, respectively. MCP can be a potential anti-diabetica gent.
