摘要: 以板栗壳为原料,通过单因素试验,考察提取剂乙醇体积分数、提取时间、提取温度、纤维素酶添加量、料液比和提取液pH值对板栗壳色素提取效果的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,根据中心组合(Box-Behnken)试验设计原理,采用四因素三水平的响应面分析法,确定提取板栗壳色素的最佳工艺条件为pH6、纤维素酶添加量0.6%、提取温度94℃、提取时间120min。

Abstract: In this study, cellulase was used to extract pigment from chestnut shells. The effects of ethanol concentration, extraction time, extraction temperature, cellulase dosage, material/liquid ratio and pH on extraction rate of pigments were investigated. Based on one-factor-at-a-time experiments, Box-Behnken central composite design was used to optimize the extraction conditions. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were pH of 6, cellulase dosage of 0.6%, extraction temperature of 94 ℃, and extraction time of 120 min.
