Evaluation of Uncertainty in Determination of Plant Growth Regulator Residues in Bean Sprouts by Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要: 对超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定豆芽中3 种植物生长调节剂残留量进行不确定度分析评定。根据JJF1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》中有关规定,构建不确定度评定的数学模型,深度剖析不确定度的来源,并对各分量加以量化和合成。评定结果表明,标准溶液配制和标准曲线拟合所产生的不确定度分量最大;当豆芽中多效唑含量为5.9 μg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0.6 μg/kg(k=2);吲哚乙酸含量为15.5 μg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为2.3 μg/kg(k=2);吲哚丁酸含量为16.0 μg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为2.3 μg/kg(k=2)。

Abstract: The study was aimed at evaluation of the measurement uncertainty in the determination of three plant growth regulator residues in bean sprouts by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/ MS). According to Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty of Measurement (JJF 1059.1-2012), a mathematical model of uncertainty evaluation was constructed, and the sources of uncertainty were analyzed in depth, and each component was quantified and synthesized. The results showed that the main sources of uncertainty arose from the preparation of standard solution and curve fitting. Furthermore, the expanded uncertainty was 0.6, 2.3 and 2.3 μg/kg for paclobutrazol, indole-3-acetic acid and 3-indolebutyric acid contents of 5.9, 15.5 and 16.0 μg/kg in bean sprouts (k = 2), respectively.
