不同季节牛奶中类胡萝卜素、视黄醇含量的变化

摘要: 用高效液相色谱法对不同季节的牛奶中类胡萝卜素、视黄醇含量变化进行了分析,结果表明:牛奶中类胡萝卜素含量呈季节性变化,八、九月份含量较高,约为17.88μg/100mlL;三、四月份含量较低,约为10.24μg/100ml,牛奶中类胡萝卜素的总量与奶牛的泌乳量基本呈相反变化趋势。牛奶中视黄醇含量受季节变化的影响较小。

Abstract: The contents of carotenoids and retinol in milk were investigated by HPLC from 3th month to 10th month.The results showed that the contents of carotenoids showed considerable seasonal changes and the highest contentwas about 1 7.88 μ g/100ml in August and September the lowest content was about 10.24 μ g/100ml in March andApril The contents of carotenoids in milk and milk production changed in opposite directions. No seasonal patternof changes could be recognized in the content of retionol in milk.
