Microwave Method Used to Extract Flavone from Citrus Peel

摘要: 介绍了以柑桔皮为原料用微波法提取类黄酮方法,通过正交试验,并对该方法进行了最佳条件的探讨。得出最优化提取条件为:功率30%,提取时间3.0h,料液比1g:8ml,提取次数为4次。在此条件下,类黄酮提取率为3.12%。

Abstract: The paper introduced conditions to extract flavone from citrus peel by microwave irradiation. The optimum conditions were studied to extract flavone by alternative experiments, the optimum conditions were: power 30 percent, time 3h, proportion of citrus and liquid l gram to 8 milligram. Respectively, extraction of times 4 and the Flavanoid yield percent 3.12.
