摘要: 近年来的研究表明摄入含有大量反式脂肪酸的膳食对心血管系统和胎儿的生长发育等方面有不良影响。本文从反式脂肪酸的食物来源和形成机理及其与生长发育和心血管疾病的关系等方面对目前国内外的研究状况作一综述。

Abstract: The recent reseach shows,it has a harmful effecet on human health,such as cardiovascular system, infant’s upgrowth,if ingest plentiful trans fatty acid in human dietary fats.This study is a summarize about the world’s recent investigate status of trans fatty acid’s food source and engender mechanism,the relationship between trans fatty acid and the risk of cardiovascular diseases and upgrowth,etc.
