摘要: 随着我国人民生活水平的提高,脂肪摄入量日益增多,食用油已与消费者健康息息相关。如果人们对油脂的摄入总量、品种搭配以及食用方法控制不当,非但不能促进人体健康,甚至会产生一定的负面影响。必须要正确引导人们全面、系统地掌握油脂与营养之间的内在联系;在日常饮食中合理地控制食用油的摄入量;正确选择食用油的品种并以科学的方法合理食用。

Abstract: As the raise of living standard in China,people take more and more grease increasingly.Edible oil and grease has already become closely relative with consumer’s health.If total intake amount,species match and edible method are inappropriate,it can not promote human body health,even take negative effects.So it is necessary that leading consumer to know about the inside contact between grease and nourishment completely and systematically,controlling the intake amount in daily life and selecting appropriate species and scientific edible method.
