Determination of Selenium in Pea Vermicelli

摘要: 以HNO3和H2O2溶解样品,建立了顺序注射氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定豌豆粉丝中硒的分析方法。研究了仪器条件、实验条件、微波消解方式、预还原剂等因素对硒测定的影响,探讨了共存离子的干扰及消除,确定了最佳工作条件。结果表明:方法的最低检出限为0.10ng/ml,线性范围0~80ng/ml。应用该方法测定了不同的豌豆粉丝,相对标准偏差为2.94%~4.01%,加标回收率为90.33%~102.31%。

Abstract: With HNO3 and H2O2 digestion,a method for determination of selenium in pea vermicelli by sequence injection hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was developed.The effects of the instrument conditions,laboratory conditions,microwave digestion way,pre-reductant on the atomic fluorescence signal of selenium were discussed.The interference effects on Se and elimination of coexisting ions were investigated.And the operating conditions were also optimized.Results showed that the detection limit for Se is 0.10 ng/ml,and the linear range is 0 to 80 ng/ml.The method was used to determine Se in different pea vermicellis.The relative standard deviations are in the range of 2.94% to 4.01%,and the recovery rate was in the range of 90.33% to 102.31%.
