摘要: 本文以食品及食品包装材料中三聚氰胺及其类似物为重点,对现有检测方法的样品提取、色谱分析、基质效应等进行综述,为我国开展食品领域三聚氰胺及其类似物的限量制定和研究提供一定的参考。

Abstract: Residues of melamine and its analogs in food and food contact materials have attracted extensive attentions. In this article, sample extraction, liquid chromatography analysis and matrix effect for the analysis of melamine and its analogs have been reviewed. These investigations will provide the useful references for the research and establishment of the limitation value of malemine and its analogs in the field of food in China.
