摘要: 对金耳粗多糖的提取方法作了探讨,筛选出了最佳的工艺条件,并采用了较新颖的去蛋白工艺与纯化手段,获得了金耳多糖的纯品AP3。对AP3的纯度、分子构型、单糖组成进行了初步分析。

Abstract: The methods for extracting crude polysaccharide from Tremella aurantialba were defined. By the new deprotein technology and purification means, the pure polysaccharide was made. The purity、molecular structure and the simple sugar components of the polysaccharide were researched.
