Abstract: Objective:Study on immunoregulation of flavonoids from the leaves(FBL)to spleen cells of rat. Methods:The immunities of FBL to spleen cells of rat were evaluated by means of molecule immunology, modern biology of cells and modern molecular biological technology. Results:FBL could hasten synthesization of DNA and protein of spleen cells of rat within a dosage range, accelerate cell proliferation as well as facilitate mRNA expression, exudation and produce of IFNγ.At the same time,IFNγ could activate NK cells, accelerate differentiation of T cells and B cells and maturation of CTL,and catalyze antibody exudation of B cells on the contrary. Conclusion:FBL could enhance immunoregulation function of rat in special dosage and presented typical dose-effect relationship.
