食品中金属元素高效液相色谱检测技术研究进展

摘要: 本文综述了近年来食品中金属元素的高效液相色谱检测技术的研究进展,从样品的预处理技术、柱前衍生化及其衍生试剂的选择、流动相及色谱条件的确定、联用检测技术等方面作了阐述。前人的实验研究表明利用高效液相色谱技术对食品中金属元素分析具有高选择性,可快速、准确地实现多种金属元素同时测定,方法简便快速。本文还展望了高效液相色谱技术在食品营养和污染元素评价和监控的应用前景。

Abstract: The progress on high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) techniques for analyzing the metal elements in food-stuffs was reviewed,including in the applications of sampling preparation,pre-column derivation and determination of derivative solvent,chromatography preparation techniques and hyphenation with other detection apparatus (ICP-AES,ICP- MS,AFS) for the analysis of metal elements in food-stuffs. Special attention was given to HPLC analyzing technique with multi- determination of metal elements and maintaining a good analytic stability. The advance of the chromatography analyzing techniques for the metal elements was also discussed.
