α-葡聚糖酶在甘蔗制糖中的应用研究进展

Research Process on the Application of Dextranase in Cane-sugar Industry

摘要: 国外研究表明,α-葡聚糖酶可用于整个制糖生产过程,最佳添加点为提汁车间,α-葡聚糖酶的使用可取得良好的经济效益。国内还未见有相关工业应用研究的报导。本文简要分析葡聚糖对制糖生产的影响,并介绍国内外α-葡聚糖酶研究情况及其在甘蔗制糖生产过程中的应用进展,以期为α-葡聚糖酶的后续深入研究提供一定参考。

Abstract: In this article, the impacts of dextran on cane-sugar manufacturing and current research process in the application of dextranase in cane-sugar industry have been reviewed. Recent research in foreign countries shows that dextranase could be used in the whole cane-sugar process and the optimal feeding point is the extraction process. The application of dextranase can acquire good economic benefits. However, there are no relevant reports related to the industrial application of dextranase in China.
