摘要: 本实验参照国家标准GB/T5009.17-2003,采用原子荧光法测定银耳中汞的含量。通过对汞的测定进行测量不确定度的评估实验,介绍了一种标准曲线法的测量不确定度评估方法,表达出了合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,为银耳质量控制提供有效、可靠、可溯源的测量数据。

Abstract: Based on GB/T 5009.17-2003,the content of hydrargyrum can be determined with atomic fluorescence spectrometry.By the experiment of uncertainty measurement of the hydrargyrum in fungus,a method to evaluate the uncertainty measure for standard curve method was developed.The combined standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty are expressed,which provide the effective and credible quality data for the quality control.
